My Content Process

 
 
  • Let me know what your content needs, problems, and goals are. If you know exactly what you need, that’s great too! The more details you provide, the merrier.

    Have a budget in mind? Do share that as well.

  • I’ll provide you with an estimated quote for your project, along with the deliverables and timeline I think will best suit your needs.

  • Once we’ve discussed and confirmed the price, deliverables, and timeline, I’ll go ahead and craft a contract for you to sign.

  • After the contract is signed, the work begins! I consider the research and planning part the most important.

    From the details you provide, I’ll research your brand, market, industry, competitors, ideal customer, etc.

    From there, I’ll start planning the content I’ll create.

  • Writing begins! The timeline for the drafting stage depends on your project scope. Note that this isn’t the final product, as that will be provided in the last step, after you provide your feedback.

  • Here, I’ll send you a copy of the draft.

    Let me know if you have any feedback, and I’ll make the necessary revision(s). The number of revisions provided depends on what we agreed upon during the price quote and contract stages.

  • And we’re done!

    After I deliver the final product, you’ll receive an invoice.

    Note that invoices typically need to be paid within 30 days, or you will be charged a late fee (per day).
